We serve Connecticut and Massachusetts only because these are the states in which our consultants have direct agency ownership and operating experience.

Does not require a deposit unless separately agreed in writing
Does not guarantee acceptance of a future project
Does not guarantee a specific start date
Does not create an obligation for either party to proceed
May require updated information before a project begins

We will contact prospective clients when an appropriate opening becomes available. Project availability, scope, timing, and eligibility must be confirmed before services begin.

Service Agreements Control

Paid services may be governed by a separate proposal, consulting agreement, scope of work, payment agreement, or other written contract.

If these website Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement will control regarding the specific services covered by that agreement.

Prices, payment schedules, project timelines, deliverables, revisions, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be stated in the applicable written agreement. Prices are not required to be displayed publicly on this website.

Purchasing or receiving a deliverable does not automatically transfer ownership of Home Care Success Consulting’s underlying systems, methods, source templates, training materials, or intellectual property.

Unless your written agreement states otherwise, deliverables are licensed for the purchasing client’s internal business use and may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or used to provide consulting services to others.

Your Information and Submitted Materials

You are responsible for ensuring that information and documents you submit are accurate, lawful, and authorized for our use.

You represent that:
